Silk Road - Next Destination (7 Days Tour)

Day 01                         TASHKENT

Welcome reception on arrival and transfer to Hotel for overnight

Day 02                         TASHKENT – URGENCH – KHIVA

After breakfast transfer to the airport for flight to Urgench. Upon arrival drive to the historical city Khiva (30 km). Visit Kunya Ark Fortress, Madrasah Muhammad Amin Khan, Kelte Minar, Tashi Hauri Palace, Juma Mosque, Pakhlavan Mahmud Mausoleum, Islam Khodzha Minaret and Tash Holy Palace. Lunch at Tasabag. Overnight are at the Hotel.

Day 03                         URGENCH – BUKHARA (480 km, 8 hrs)  

After breakfast drive to Bukhara. Lunch en route (box - lunch) with stop at some chaikhona. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 04                         BUKHARA

After breakfast proceed for full day city tour of Bukhara. AM visit Bolo Hauze Mosque, Ark fortress, Ismail Samanids mausoleum and Chashmai Ayub. Lunch at local restaurant. PM visit Labi Hauz complex, Ancient Silk Market, Madrasah Ulugbek, Minaret Kalyan (great minaret), Magoki Attori mosque, Trade Domes. In the evening enjoy dinner with folk show at Nadir Devan Begi madrassah (if desired). Overnight at the Hotel. 

Day 05                         BUKHARA – SHAKHRISABZ - SAMARKAND (470 km)

After breakfast drive to Samarkand via Shakhrisabz. Lunch at Shakhrisabz Hotel and visit Aksarai, mausoleum of Kukambaz and Gumbasi Sajidan, Mausoleum of Dhachangir and Hasrati Imam. Drive to Samarkand. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 06                         SAMARKAND

Today proceed for full day city tour of Samarkand. Visit Registan Square (Ulugbek Madrasah,  Sher Dor Madrasah, Tilla Kari Madrasah), Bibi Khanum mosque and bazaar. Then continue visit of Samarkand: visit Gur Emir, where under the nephritis burial tomb Amir Temur was buried, Ulugbeg observatory, mausoleum Shakhi Zinda. Overnight at the Hotel

Day 07                         SAMARKAND - TASHKENT (275 km, 5hrs).

After breakfast drive to Tashkent. Upon arrival proceed for short sightseeing of Tashkent, i.e. visit Art Museum and Navoi theatre, Mardassah Kukeldash, Barak khana mosque, Tilla Sheikh mosque and walk through the Chorsu bazaar. Also visit Tashkent Metro. Farewell dinner is at one of the best local restaurants. Transfer to the airport for return flight.
