Pearls of Central Asia - (7 Days Tour)

Day 01                        TASHKENT

Early morning welcome reception on arrival and transfer to hotel.  After noon proceed for city tour of Tashkent. Visit Applied Arts Museum, Amir Temur Square and walk through Sailgoh street (Broadway). Also visit Barak Khan madrasah, Tillya Sheikh mosque. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02                        TASHKENT-URGENCH (by air)

After breakfast flight to Urgench. On arrival transfer to hotel for check in. Drive to Khiva (30 km). Lunch at Tasabag – summer palace. Then proceed for visit of historical town of Khiva with its mausoleums, bazaars and streets. Return to Urgench. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 03                        URGENCH-BUKHARA (480 km, 8 hrs.)

After breakfast drive to Bukhara with box-lunch. Stop at chayhana (tea house) en-route for lunch. Then drive to Bukhara. On arrival transfer to hotel for overnight.

Day 04                        BUKHARA

After breakfast proceed for a full day city sight seeing of  Bukhara. Visit Nadir Divan Begi, Teki, Bolo Hauze Mosque,  Ark fortress and Chor-Minor madrassah with four-cupola entrance. Lunch at local restaurant. Also visit Esmail Samani Mausoleum, Labi Hauze complex, Ancient Silk Market, Madrassah Ulugbek, Minaret Kalyan (great minaret), Magoki Attori mosque,  Samaids mausoleum. Dinner at Nadir Divan Begi Medrassa with folk show. Overnight at the hotel.   

Day 05                        BUCHARA-GIJDUVAN-SAMARKAND (300 km, 5 hrs.)

After breakfast drive to Gijduvan (60 km from Bukhara). In Gijduvan visit Ulugbek Madrassa, ceramist’s house and workshop. After lunch at ceramists house drive to Samarkand. On arrival transfer to hotel and visit Timurids Mausoleum. Overnight at the hotel. 

Day 06                        SAMARKAND

After breakfast proceed for a full day city tour. Visit Registan square, Bibi Khanum mosque and bazaar. Also visit Mausoleums of Shakhi Zinda, Gur Emir, where under the nephritis burial toms the Iron lame man (Timur-leng) was buried, Afrasiab hill and Museum, Observatory of Ulugbek.  Return to hotel for  overnight.

Day 07           SAMARKAND-TASHKENT (280 km, 4 hrs.)

After breakfast continue city tour of Samarkand. After early lunch at local restaurant drive to Tashkent. On arrival transfer to airport for return flight.
